Meanwhile, if for any reason, you are still not satisfied with your purchase made at OMMCollection.com, you may return the items (excluding all travel size products and samples), within 10 days of receipt of product for a full refund. Refunds must be applied to the original method of payment. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your return is received, and your refund is being processed.
Any product NOT purchased at OMMCollection.com should be returned to the original point of purchase as they have their own policy for return & exchange. However, we encourage all our OMM customers with any purchases whether thru this website or other stores/vendors/websites to contact us for any questions, concerns or comments, as part of our Customer Satisfaction Policy. Again, we will make every reasonable effort to protect, remedy & answer our customers’ questions.
