This is to inform all Consumers that the word “Natural” used on All OMM Product Labels, Brochures, Emails, Website means and signifies “Natural Oils, Herbs, Butters & Extracts” used in our products. Consumers & purchasers please read product ingredient list on product Label and refer to website for product information or contact other sources for ingredients listed on labels to determine it’s natural or synthetic content and source in order to make an informed decision prior to purchase of OMM Products. If product information provided is printed in error or appears misleading, please contact us via email to express your concerns and comments. It is our professional courtesy, commitment to customers, and every intention to deliver accurate and informative data on all products. We will make every effort to remedy and correct the error within reasonable time span.
SECTION 15 – MANUFACTURING
Our products are made in small batches to maintain freshness. It is therefore very rare to create identical items in each batch creation. There may be blemishes/variations that are not product flaws. Such variations are inherent in manufacturing of batches, where you may find minor distinctions on products, label colors, bottle colors etc.
SECTION 16 – INTENDED USE
Our products are not for human consumption and are intended solely for application to hair & Body. These products are not to be ingested. Avoid contact with the eyes. In case of any allergic reactions, discontinue use and immediately seek medical/professional help. Please also contact your physician if you have any uncertainties or other concerns regarding the scent/fragrance, and your skin/body/hair compatibility with natural oils, or other ingredients listed on the product label for your hair, skin and body prior to use.
SECTION 17 – REPRESENTATION & WARRANTY
We make “No claims, representations, warranties or guarantees”, whether expressed or implied, as to the safety, reliability, durability, usage & performance of any of our products. Furthermore, we accept no liability whatsoever for the method of usage, intended usage, misuse, safety, reliability, durability and performance of any of our products. Additionally, The company shall not have any liability or responsibility for incidental damages, consequential damages, medical damages, punitive damages, damages/injury to the person(s), damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, or income, or any other damages to include third party claims with respect to any defect or other deficiency or any issues arising from the usage, intended usage, safety, reliability, errors, durability and performance of our products. We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, nor shall we be liable for any damages, including consequential damages of any kind that may result from the use of our Hair, Body & Skin care products.
SECTION 18 – MEDICAL AWARENESS
Note that these products include natural oils, extracts, butters and seeds and other ingredients listed on the product label. Therefore, their potency is not as fully regulated and controlled. Ones susceptibility to allergic reactions is also dependent on relative skin sensitivity, existing health conditions and product application. The customer therefore assumes full responsibility for his/her own testing and should first do a skin patch test before product usage. If any redness or itching occurs do not continue use and seek professional help. We accept no liability in the unlikely event of an adverse reaction occurring when using any of our products.This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. No medical claims are implied in the information given, and diagnosis or treatment of any condition is not intended. Any reference to medicinal or health benefits cannot be taken as a replacement for medical advice by professional doctors or prescription medication or seen as a diagnosis for a specific condition. Products are for external use only.
